Q1) How long is the Escorted Tours?
Our tours run for 4 hours.
Q2) Can I customize a tour?
Sure! Customized tours can be arranged for your service.
Q3) Does the entrance fees cover attractions like Georgia Aquarium or World of Coke or CNN?
Please note that our tour price are based on historical to visit sites such as; Madam CJ Walker Museum,
The King Center, Carter Center, Governors Mansion, The APEX Museum, and
Confederate Hall & Education Center. Attractions are not included in the tour price.
Q4) Can we request a final drop off point at a historical site or attraction rather than my hotel or home?
Absolutely! We pride ourselves on flexibility to make sure you have a great tour.
Q5) What kind of vehicles are used for the tours and charters?
Our vehicles consist of a Sedan (2-4ppl), SUV (6-8ppl), and Passenger vans (13-14).(8-14ppl)
We also can offer Mini-buses and Motor coaches for groups of 15 - 56 people.
Q6) Do you pick up at hotels?
Yes, we pick up at any hotel, home or public landmark in the Atlanta Downtown, Midtown, and Buckhead area. If one isn’t staying in within the perimeter we can meet at a neutral location or
an additional fee will be added for pick up. Additional fee amount will depend on the pick-up location.
Q7) What is the age limit for kids pricing?
Children 7yrs & under may ride for free.

Q8) How far in advance should I place my reservation for a tour?
Availability changes daily and we suggest you place reservation as soon as you have confirmed travel dates & times.
Q9) How do I make a reservations?

Q10) Can you call me to remind me of my pick up?
Yes! We will gladly place a courtesy call to remind you of your reservation at the time of, a few hours before or the day before your pick up.
Q11) Can I smoke in your vehicles?
Smoking is not permitted in any of our vehicles.
Q12) How much time do I have to meet the Chauffeur at the airport?
We allow 30 minutes(45 minutes for international) of free wait time on each Airport Transfer for you to off-board and pick up your luggage. If you do not meet our Chauffeur or call us within 30 minutes of your plane landing we will consider you a NO SHOW and you will be charged in full for the reservation.
Q13) How will I pay for my ride?
All service providers accept Cash, Cashiers Check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover.
Q14) What is the alcohol/ drug policy?
Alcohol consumption or posession is not permitted by ANYONE in the vehicle under 21 years of age. Illegal drug consumption or posession by any passenger is not permitted. Breaking these terms is grounds for immediatetermination of service for ALL passengers, with No Refund.
Q15) What is the Lost-and-Found policy?
We are not responsible for any baggage, personal items, or anything else left behind by passengers in the vehicle. However please contact us if you have lost an item and we will return it to you if we find it.
Q16)What’s your policy on rain?
All tours take place rain or shine except for severe lightning, snow, or ice. Tours for severe weather may
be rescheduled or refunded.
